On the web browser menu click on the "Customize and control Google Chrome" and select "Settings".
In the "Settings" section click on the "Show advanced settings..."
Under the the "Privacy" click on the "Content settings...".
Click on the "OK" button to close it then reload the page
In the address bar, type "about:config" (with no quotes), and press Enter.
Click "I'll be careful, I promise"
Click on the "Reload current page" button of the web browser to refresh the page.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
Click the Internet zone.
If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4
If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps: a. Click Custom Level. b. In the Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.
On the web browser menu click on the "Edit" and select "Preferences".
In the "Preferences" window select the "Security" tab.
Make sure this checkbox is not selected: "Block pop-up windows."
Refresh your browser, either by using the keyboard shortcut Cmd+R or by using the Reload button located at the far right of the URL entry area.
